Tami Darlow, LCPC
As a counselor, it is my pleasure to be able to observe and assist in the person growth of individuals and families. I believe it is necessary to treat each person with care and respect, listen to them, work with their strengths, and offer practical tools. I use a combination of techniques designed to meet the needs of each individual, including, but not limited to Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy and Play therapy. The ultimate goal is self control, confidence, and a fullfilling life.
I have worked as a counselor and educator in the Helena School System for 21 years. Through that experience, I gained an understanding of and compassion for the struggles of children and adolescents. I have worked with students who are struggling in the educational setting, as well as those dealing with Bipolar, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and divorce. I welcome the oportunity to support both young people and adults in their daily lives and future accomplishments.
